Western blotting analysis using anti-RNF10 antibody (Cat#52763). Total lysates (30 μg) were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human Squamous cell carcinoma of lung. Antibody was diluted at 1:200 (4℃ overnight). Tris-EDTA,pH9.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Secondary antibody was diluted at 1:200 (room temperature, 45min).
